1. Initial Contact:
   Reach us via contact form, WhatsApp or mail and kindly include pictures of items and certifications with bill, if any.
2. Reviewing the Item:
   Our gemologist will go through the pictures, certificates, and bill shared by you. We might additional details from you regarding the item shared.
3. The Meeting:
   A meeting will be schedule as per your availability in our shop at Gold Souk, Dubai to examine your item. Prices will be offered only after examining the items physically (except for loose diamonds if GIA certificates are available). Prices of for carat size diamonds will be offered as per International standard from Rap Net.
4. The Payment:
   Once we agreed for the amount, payment will be done in your preferred mode (Currently we offer Cash, Bank transfer, Exchange for jewelry/ Diamond/ Precious Stones).
